Telluride Eco Cleaners and The Laundromat take every measure to ensure there is no loss of personal property. However, in the rare instance that items are missing, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of pick up or delivery, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Reimbursement shall not exceed more than 10 times the charge for cleaning the item. Additionally a claim check must presented at time of claim.

All household orders and Wash and Fold orders must be accompanied with an inventory sheet (provided by Eco Cleaners).  Any orders without an inventory sheet, our count is final.
